Krysten is a dedicated employment lawyer with extensive experience representing clients in wrongful termination and workplace disputes. With a proven track record of helping employees secure fair compensation after unfair dismissal, she has successfully represented clients through negotiation, mediation, and litigation at all levels of Ontario courts, including the Court of Appeal. Krysten is known for her clear, practical advice and unwavering commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.
In addition to advocating for employees, Krysten provides strategic counsel to employers, assisting with the drafting of employment agreements and guiding them through best practices for fair and lawful terminations.
Krysten also maintains a robust civil litigation practice, representing clients in a wide range of disputes beyond employment law. She holds a B.A. in Criminology and Sociology from St. Thomas University (2011) and a J.D. from Dalhousie University (2014).
