Background
Ethan received his B.A. in 1998 from York University (Toronto, Ontario) and graduated with his LL.B. in 2001 from the University of Western Ontario (London, Ontario). Ethan articled with the Toronto firm, Jones Rogers LLP and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002. While he began his career in Toronto, where he practiced for approximately two years after his call to the Bar, Ethan accepted an Associate position in Peel Region with the firm of Prouse, Dash & Crouch LLP in 2004. Immediately prior to joining Anderson Sinclair in July of 2011, Ethan was one of two Partners with the Mississauga law firm, Daigle & Hancock Professional Corporation. Ethan founded Rogers & Company Professional Corporation in January of 2014 with the goal of providing legal services honestly and with integrity at prices that average people could afford.

Ethan has a broad practice that includes Employment law representation on behalf of employers and employees and carriage of litigation matters in the Commercial, Contract, Corporate, Debtor-Creditor, Employment, Human Rights, Insurance, Property, Real Estate and Tort law contexts. Ethan also has a keen interest and a wealth of experience in Fraud-related Litigation. He has assisted individual and corporate clients in the resolution of matters involving mortgage, real estate, commercial and corporate frauds and/or misrepresentations as well as various other fraud and/or deceit- related matters.

Ethan has appeared before various courts and tribunals in Ontario and has a strong record of success in achieving results for his clients at various stages in the litigation process. He has acted for a broad range of clients. He has represented both Plaintiff and Defendant interests in litigation matters and has acted for individuals and corporations alike.
